The plan is to enlarge a one-story ranch house into a one and a half story home. Keeping the existing home footprint intact, a new second floor and garage are proposed, which will provide room for four bedrooms and three and a half baths. An “open plan” is featured on the first floor and shed dormers provide space for the new bedrooms and bath on the second floor.
