An existing vacant warehouse was renovated and upgraded to accommodate new office space for Sebastiano Nini Inc., a general contracting firm. In addition to the new conference room and project display area, new windows were installed at each structural bay. The exterior was finished with new stucco, and metal standing seam overhangs were installed to shade each window.
