The plan is to demolish completely an existing two-story house and crawlspace. The home featured a kitchen that was small by modern standards, and a patchwork of small rooms added over the years. The absence of a basement also made storage an issue. It was determined that building a new home was more cost effective than attempting to fully renovate the existing home. The project recently passed the Zoning Board and is currently under review for building permits.
