Originally designed and built in the mid-1980’s, the layouts, colors and materials of the showroom, offices and visitor areas are identifiably from 1980’s. Renovations propose new layouts and materials for the interior of the building; and repairs and new materials for the exterior of the building. The schematic exterior elevations show predominately insulated square aluminum panels (affixed to the existing steel structure), insulated horizontal aluminum siding panels, and new storefronts with higher performing glass than existing.
