The 2-story showroom with offices building was originally built in the 1960’s. Portions of the 2-story and 1 story flat-roof attached buildings in the back of the show room were built in various stages; the oldest built in the 1930’s. Although the showroom building is a unique design, representing perhaps the personality of the independent dealer at the time, the current owner is interested in major renovations that bring the appearance of the building in line with the majority of new or recently renovated Chevrolet dealerships, which unfortunately would eliminate the character of the existing buildings.
