The 47,000 s.f. 6th floor was renovated to accommodate a new fire-separated tenant occupancy on the 6th floor. Services included redesign of the remaining Owner-occupied space to relocate Institutional Investor employees. New private offices, workstation layouts, and other upgrades were designed to accommodate the change in occupancy.
