Stefan R. Durant Architect LLC provides architectural services for a variety of project types. Since the start of the firm in 2006, our projects have included designs for corporate offices and fit-outs, restaurants, and residential work involving additions and new homes. Both the company’s principal and staff have had previous experience in higher education, mixed-use and religious projects as well.
We are familiar with both traditional and modern styles of architecture. An important part of design, however, is ensuring it meets zoning and construction requirements, and is within the client’s budget; that it is first buildable, and provides the owner with what his program required. At the same time, our goal will always be to show clients how the required spaces can be formed, efficiently used, and interact so that the aggregate experience is greater than the parts.
Stefan R. Durant received his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers College, R.U., a Masters Degree in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and his license in 2006. He worked previously for firms locally and in New York City which offered him experience in a variety of different project types and exposure to high standards in design, presentation, personal involvement and attention to detail.
