The original farmhouse was built in 1840, and was added on to in stages during the 1800’s and early 1900’s. Extensive exterior and interior renovations and repairs to wood siding, structural beams, interior finishes are detailed. An addition to the home was designed and approved by the municipality, but costs of repairs and upgrades to the existing home put it on hold.
