This multi-million dollar residing and roofing project included repairing wood landings, fiberglass decking and areas damaged by water infiltration, including exterior sheathing, interior plywood subflooring and rotted interior and exterior wood trim. All 96 units were renovated. Because there are five townhouse types within the 96 unit development, with variations of those types at end-units, drawings detailing each of the five and their variations were created to ensure a builder had the scope of work accurately presented, reducing potential change orders, and the need for costly onsite construction administration.
