The Ortley Beach Condominiums
Ortley Beach, NJ
A pair of rectangular buildings, originally a motel and then converted to condominiums, was damaged by Hurricane Sandy and raised to the Design Flood Elevation. Flood-damaged interiors were renovated, and new Porticos and Stairs were added. Mechanical equipment was raised, and design of the crawlspaces met with AE-zone requirements.
