Herr Residence – Phase 3
The Great Road, Princeton NJ
A wood framed detached 1-car garage built in the early 20th century was in rough shape, its walls leaned in several directions. Phase 3 replaced it with a 2-car garage. The roof pitch was sufficient to create an attic adequate for substantial storage. The width and depth of the garage allowed sufficient room for storage on the walls around the two cars.
