A fire damaged most of the interior and rear exterior walls of the home, but left the front and the sides mostly intact. A new kitchen and laundry room was added, and the layout of the rooms within the original footprint of the home was changed to provide the owner with a more efficient use of the space. New roofing, siding and landscape finished the project.
